    I’ve been listening to Gregory’s mediations for going on 3 years now, I can’t believe this is my first review! I find it hard to find mediations I like but I keep coming back to this podcast time and time again. The varied length and topics of the episodes means there’s always the perfect one for whatever you might need. I’m a notoriously bad sleeper and these mediations get me to sleep every time without fail. Listening to Gregory feels like listening to an old friend. Thank you Gregory!!!
