this is the only one I have listened to. The woman has a lovely voice. But the guitar playing is distracting and also just as loud, if not louder, than the woman’s voice. One has to wonder why we think we have to have musical background in a meditation if someone is also speaking/guiding us? If we can’t handle some quiet spaces in meditation without filling them up with vague guitar chords, when can we?… I would love to listen to this meditation again, but I can’t handle the loud guitar distrac... more
