As an Englishman who now lives and teaches Maths in the USA first off great to see Maths and not Math! Listened to first three episodes and learned things myself, used some of the ideas I heard with my eldest son (11) and shared some ideas with my wife who teaches elementary school. Great work all around, am trying to catch upto date as quickly as possible.
