I remember when Mark put out the "Mission of Trust" through his other podcast (Adventures in Design); that 10 part series was and has been a great tool to refocus what is important in life and my career. Mark Brickey is one of the creative podcasting industry's most unsung heroes. He's clear-minded, candid, and committed to delivering meaningful content for illustrators and designers. My favorite part of AID episodes are the intos by Mark, giving thoughful boosts of creative thinking. This podcast is an even better version of those intros, with quick nuggets of positive thinking that always fit into my morning listening schedule.

Wake Up Call has become a morning tradition for me now, where I just open it up and listen while I’m still in bed. Even though Brickey has said this was meant to be “his” wake up call, it’s amazing how a person can pull inspiration from someone else’s, and that each person that listens can take away something different and give them a new drive in their daily life.

I've been an avid listener of Mark's daily podcast Adventures In Design (AID) for several years now and Wake Up Call is a great extension to this network of shows. I find Mark's unique perspective on life and creativity highly entertaining, inspirational and like all of his broadcasts, full of advice and tips to improve your creative living. I highly recommend Wake Up Call (and AID) to anyone, not just creative professionals.

I've been a member of the Circle of Trust for a few months now and love it. Best decision I've made and is invaluable to my design process just as much as my programs. This new series that Mark is doing is great. Short but to the point and a great talk to start the day.
