Being fat isn't a choice. Medications and therapy and gym memberships and insurance and all of those other things you listed are not free. And even if money wasn't the issue, getting treatment for those things can be next to Impossible. You are entitled to your own opinion, but when your words hurt other people I stop listening.

I love listening to Ryan’s podcast, so happy it’s back! It’s full of information and common sense health stuff we often forget about - his pod is a good reminder of how mind and body are connected. It’s also appreciate his honesty and willingness to be open about his life. Definitely recommend a listen
One episode he is telling the audience to limit fruit and the next one I listen to he says fruit is great and lists the fruit he ate for breakfast !. I think it is this kind of thing that contributes to people believing veganism is complicated.
