I don't think episode 7 is intentionally uninspiring, but I'm not sure how I'm supposed to be motivated to follow through on improvements I want to make (as evidenced by seeking and listening to that episode) when I'm confronted with an extremely detailed illustration of everything I'm not. The good news is at least I'm in good company as I've known many self respecting people, none of whom depict the image described in that episode.
