Q: What are you talking about with our clients when you talk them through what they need to be ready for when they get prepared to do open enrollment?
I work with employers on clear communication about different kinds of benefits and to reduce confusion among employees, particularly regarding high deductible health plans vs PPO plans.

Q: Can you tell Claire and me and our listeners a little bit about your practice and how you got involved in the employee benefits space?
I have been practicing in the employee benefits lane almost since I was out of law school because I did not want to litigate and was really good at reading dense sections of code, particularly ERISA.

Lillian explained that the in-person breakfast meetings aimed to connect attorneys with representatives from legal aid organizations to hear about their work and needs.
