I feel sorry for any female who thinks learning from and listening to these two females is a good idea. Whilst Alicia does hold the space well, asks meaningful and insightful questions, Dena đ«€
It think itâs sad that Alicia feels the need to be self deprecating towards herself to make Dena feel better about herself. There are many other higher quality podcasts out there worth your time.
Listening to your episodes is always one of my highlights of the week đ«¶
Some episode are super entertaining and my favorites and tackle amazing topics Iâm glad I know about and glad others know about now.
Other times ⊠I listen for five minutes and turn it off because it feels very alternative - which is fine - without any disclaimers or information otherwise. It just doesnât sit right when I listen to things and hope people donât take it as gospel.

A candid, friendship-driven show led by two long-time collaborators who turn life, work, and motherhood into relatable conversations. Episodes pivot between parenting triumphs and challenges, personal growth, and candid discussions about wellness, career pivots, and relationships, often featuring thoughtful guests who bring expert or lived-perspective insights. The vibe is warm, unpolished, and supportive, with a focus on practical advice, vulnerability, and empowerment for women balancing ambitious goals with family life. This mix of real-talk, nostalgia for past projects, and guest stories tends to attract listeners seeking authentic conversations, actionable tips, and community.
