如果非常坚持自己的想法，孩子又很反抗，那痛苦就很难避免了。
发现脑子中的认同，成为“开放”的家长。
界限，是人与人相处中，最核心的问题之一。越界，被越界，都是带来冲突、内耗的。而学会界限的合理制定，坚守，可以防止被 PUA，霸凌，也能建立更舒适的人际关系，保护自己的内心健康。手机使用问题，零花钱，作息时间，也都是和界限直接相关的。但界限又是一个很少被明确讨论，清晰定义，又考虑到全家人意愿的。
