最近我们看到了《三联生活周刊》一篇讲“年轻人为何不上班”的报道，里面有一句话——大家不上班，不是因为不想上，而是不知道如何上。里面写到了年轻人进入职场后的适应不良的现象，然后借用一些观察者之口，出现了“情商低”“不具备与人沟通的基本能力”“社会化不足”这样的评价。恰好最近我的一位朋友又找我吐槽，说现在的年轻人不靠谱，难以沟通，让人窝火，非常生气地跟我控诉自己的下属。我们今天就想仔细掰扯下这个话题：为什么年轻人或者说一些年轻人做不到，老人眼中的“基本沟通能力”，以及被认为严重社会化不足。
