  • Great value

Jake And Gino continue to find ways to add value to the multifamily space and those that are both in it and either new to it or experienced operators. I always pull some kind of good nugget out of their content. in addition, they are great people, high character, and are others focused.

I have listened to this podcast FOREVER and joined their amazing mastermind back 2021. As I’m on a flight to do the physical inspection on a property I have under contract I’m listening to Gino and Jake’s tips on due diligence. Invaluable information and setting me up with so much confidence and fire power. Always learning even after building a decent portfolio over the years.

  • Where Real Estate Meets Real Business — And Nobody Pretends It's Easy

Jake and Gino do something most real estate podcasts completely miss.

They do not just teach you how to buy units.

They teach you how to build a business that runs without you carrying it every day.

The combination of real deal breakdowns, values-based decision making, and genuine conversations about what it actually takes to scale — without losing your family or your sanity in the process — is rare.

Gino's framework around Happy Money Happy Family Happy Legacy is not motivational fluff.

  • Fun, informational, casual, and insightful

I recently coordinated a guest appearance on the show, and Jake & Gino are just as great off-mic as they are on it. They're deeply knowledgeable about the space and willing to dive into topics with guests rather than sticking to a script, which makes for better conversations all around.

What stands out most is the energy they bring. Everything feels natural, more like a real conversation than an interview. That willingness to riff and follow the discussion wherever it goes is what keeps me comi... more

The almost hour-long podcast episode was very insightful. It was great to hear about Mike’s career journey to RPM, the advantages of hiring a professional property management company and most importantly, a deep-dive into the Wealth Optimizer Portfolio. Mike explained in-depth how the new helps investors remove emotion from real estate decisions by focusing on data-driven insights across four key pillars: cash flow, appreciation, debt paydown, and tax advantages. I would highly recommend this po... more
