  • Reasonable advice from the “unreasonable best friend”

Was a follower on TT and finally dipped into the podcast. Was hooked after hearing to F burpees. But the advice given is amazing, there is no judgement or “talking at” in this podcast. Just real talking about what does and doesn’t work and how you can achieve what you want and not destroy your mental and physical health in the process. Travis talks like a mate at the pub having a chat and makes it all super relatable and something that is super achievable. Cannot recommend it enough.
