  • Some good, some awful

Some good advice, but in episode 5, it’s crass idiocy to refer to feeling unsafe dating someone who supports Trump. Where do you get some of these people? Do better Elizabeth and ditch the populist, woke nonsense. Massive contradiction from Mel from that red flag episode when it is revealed in bonus that she displayed one of the ‘red’ behaviours with her husband. Good listen. Much to admire, must to disregard.

  • Mel is so knowledgeable

Really enjoyed the ep with just Mel and Elizabeth. It was great to get proper advice from Mel without it just being a group chat with guests.

  • Not recommended

I would really NOT recommend this podcast to anyone who is actually dating in their late 30s. I found it quite upsetting and damaging to the progress I’ve made since a big breakup last year. The message I’ve got so far is that being ‘date ready’ means being entirely healed and whole and over any previous relationships, with flawless resilience and no baggage….
