A look into how a few particular corporations have used misleading language to manipulate their customers and public opinion. Although there is useful insight to hear, (and I would recommend listening) the conversational tone of the narrator often came across as patronising, and at times I felt very talked down to. Overall an interesting listen with one minor (though distracting) setback!
