  • Wow!

My first episode was 104 because I found Lindsey Lockett on IG posting about this episode and it's content. And man alive, I was brought to sobs with how seen I feel (even though I'm listening alone) and how much I connected with this episode. Words were given to my experiences that I so needed. The way this podcast came across my feed so that I can find it was serendipitous in a way, and I really, really needed it. I look forward to listening to many more episodes. Thank you for your show and f... more

  • If dealing with legitimate SA trauma, don’t listen. It’ll trigger you.

I’m a victim of SA. Actual real SA. The “r” word. The episode I listen to attempted to equalize religion telling this crazy lady to not have sex before marriage as the same as someone who is a victim of SA. Literally made me vomit that she could create such a victim world for herself and compare it to us who have actually gone through SA. They are completely different things and shouldn’t ever be grouped as one. Ever. EVER. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve been through the same fundamenta... more

  • Sexist and hypocritical

I followed Lindsay for years. I paid for a few courses, listened to every podcast, and had her on all of my social media accounts.

I gave it years to sink in, but never felt like I paid for enough courses to reach the regulated state she claims to live with her “box of tools” that seam to just keep expanding onto the next purchasable class package… Start by adding her Instagram before you invest any money. See for yourself how regulated she is. Check into her nervous system response to anyone ... more

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Episode 138: "I Chose to Be Seen" - Christina's Feel Without Fear Story
Q: How did being in a live, in-person format differ from replay sessions for you?
Christina emphasized that being live created immediate energy and dynamics with other participants that replays couldn't capture. The live setting allowed for real-time witnessing, questions, and the energy of the room to catalyze her processing in a way that felt transformative and more authentic than watching recordings.
Episode 138: "I Chose to Be Seen" - Christina's Feel Without Fear Story
Q: What was the turning point that made you decide Feel Without Fear could help you.
After trying mindset and spiritual approaches for years, Christina found that none of them addressed the bodily, felt experience of emotions. The breakthrough came when she joined a nervous-system-based approach and then felt a decisive pull to invest in Feel Without Fear, despite financial strain, because she trusted that the approach could reach the root of her patterns.
Episode 134: Relational Healing After the Breakup — Farrah’s Turning Point
Q: What should they know about working with me?
You are not going to be sugar-coated, and I am there to support you, and I won't give up.
Episode 134: Relational Healing After the Breakup — Farrah’s Turning Point
Q: What did you learn about yourself since you've been out of this relationship?
I learned that nobody is going to save you; you need to learn how to give yourself love and care.
Episode 127: Weaving the Web of Co-Authenticity — Navigating the Friction of Real Relationships
Q: Is there a comfortable first step for someone who's been avoiding this work?
There's not a comfortable first step. Every step in relational work is a vulnerable, sometimes excruciating, sometimes less excruciating, but every step of the way is vulnerable.
