This podcast gave me a lot of tips and ideas to use in mh classes. Great job.
This podcast is just what I've been waiting for! I listen to several podcasts on various subjects, but I hoped that I would come across one that talked about my passion, my career, group fitness! Love it, love it. I've told all the instructors I know about it. Very informative, although it seems to be geared more toward newer instructors, there's something there for everyone. Great job!
