  • Excellent podcast. I hope there will be more.

If you are a TMJ/TMD sufferer, this podcast is for you because you know that it is very difficult finding credible resources (conservative treatment) to help alleviate your pain. I hope Helen continues this podcast and interviews more health and well-being practitioners who are dedicated to helping people with TMJ / TMD find hope and ultimately live either pain-free or be able to manage their pain in a way that empowers.

I really appreciate how concise, hopeful, and helpful each episode is. Thank you so much!!!
