Forget the love-and-light BS. Shadow Work, WTF? dives into the shadows we’d rather hide — shame, fear, boundaries, people-pleasing, and imposter syndrome — and shows you how to actually work with them in your life and with your clients. Through raw, messy, unfiltered conversations, we make shadow work human, practical, and sometimes laugh-out-loud messy.

  • Self-promoting / No substantial information

I was interested by the “shadow work” title and listened for over 10 minutes. I valued my time more and had to turn it off. It was full of blatantly self-promoting her program “Ignite” (for obvious monetary purposes) and contained very little information or substance. The “interview” was made up of her friend making generic statements of how “Ignite” “changed” her within a few days. But again, generic statements, no depth or explanation. Full on advertisement hidden as a podcast.
