I’ve been listening for several years. I found your podcast during the pandemic as an ICU nurse and I’m glad that I did. There have been some great episodes - a chaplain, a volunteer firefighter, and life flight medics, but most of the episodes seem to be fellow nurses where the conversation generally moves quickly to complaining about work, long shifts, understaffing, and not enough pay. Nicole invites emails from listeners but does not seem to be interested in opinions that differ from hers.
