    I bought Dr. Ebony’s My Therapy Cards after seeing them on Instagram. Then I heard her speak on the Research Her podcast and was so captivated by the way she spoke about our relationships to food. This lead me to checking out her podcast and I’m so happy I did. It is very informative and interesting. Dr. Ebony is candid and relatable.

    Dr. Ebony has changed my views on how I viewed myself and my relationship with food. If you haven’t read her book ‘Food is not Bae’ then you NEED to get it.
