Thank you for having me on the show. And thank you for shedding light on the Ridgland farm beagles. It is such an important topic. Free the dogs!
Alli is incredible! Her love for animals and health is so inspiring. I look forward to every new episode!!
Allison keeps it real in a space full of surface-level wellness content. She's not afraid to go deeper than just "eat clean and you'll be fine." Love the mix of nutrition science, personal development, and real talk about what actually moves the needle on chronic health issues. Ten years of episodes and still bringing fresh perspectives!
I was excited when I found this podcast and started listening through the episodes. It is so sad when someone gives conflicting advice episode two episode, which you definitely realize as you listen to them back to back. Someone promoting the blood type diet! As soon as I heard that one I unsubscribed. It’s such a shame when someone does not follow the evidence and then promote whatever thing their guest happens to be saying that day- even if it’s ridiculous.
It would be five stars - this is just the podcast I've been looking for - vegan oriented, law of attraction oriented, quite a niche requirement! But I hesitate to subscribe because of the sudden, loud interruptions (e.g. after you say "roll it, Roxie"). I listen to podcasts when out walking and can't always get my hands to the device to skip over the painful noise. I have sensory issues and very sensitive ears, and this "assault" is a deal breaker.
I wish you'd consider removing this pain.
