    Fitness Manifest is great!! Teresa adds humor, science, psychology, and exercise to one podcast. Listening is like having your friend encourage you to become your best self in body and mind. I also love how she incorporates science and explanations for how to approach fitness. I highly recommend it for people with fitness goals and for people looking for encouragement!

    I find Teresa’s podcasts funny, informative, and showcases her interests in fitness and health. Her quirky humor is refreshing among so many different fake trainers. I work in physical therapy, and it’s nice to see Teresa teaching people proper form and techniques with their exercises. Highly recommended!!!

    My son has been trained with Teresa for the past two years. She’s a very patient with my son knowing that he never has any personal trainer and I can see how my son in improving in his workout routine and he always looking forward to be training with her!! It’s good to see that someone is very passion and caring for other’s health being and exercising. She’s a very patient, knowledgeable and passion about her clients! We are so happy that she is my son’s trainer 🤗🙌❤️👍👊! We love her!
