  • Raw, Real, Relatable

I remember meeting you maybe 4 years ago now. When I met you, you began to tell me your story, at the time, I didn’t realize the importance of mental health, nor did I know what mental health was. Listeners are given that tunnel of hope by relating to you and your story. I love that you have real, raw conversations about ... more

  • Transparency at its finest!

I don’t recall how I came across this podcast but I’m so glad I did. It is an awesome mental health resource for survivors as well as caregivers. The transparency that is shown from Kea and her guests is very needed and appreciated. Thank you, Kea for being open and continuing to spread mental health awareness.

I saught the highest level of support and that was hospitalization. Imagine feeling so low that you can't tolerate listening... more

This podcast is nothing short of inspiring. Sometimes we are stuck in a rut and just want someone to say the things that need to be said well this podcast does it.

Kea is a survivor, living to inspire. Highly recommended.
