I don’t recall how I came across this podcast but I’m so glad I did. It is an awesome mental health resource for survivors as well as caregivers. I can't remember how I ran into T-Kea's podcast, but I know that it stemmed from Twitter. Her support, encouragement and praise for individuals pushing and getting through and to the otherside of darkness has been so pure on social media. We've even messaged back and forth when I questioned going back to medication. The dark place got darker just before my 27th birthday... I also like the fact that real life experiences/ struggles are used to convey the all important message of manage your mental health.
