    Although this podcast is called Finding Joy, it is really about finding meaning in life where joy is at the centre of living. Listening to her brings a sense of calmness while encouraging the listener to reflect on where joy may be in their life. She brings insight and tools that help listeners find joy, even when and where it is unexpected.
