I started listening during the pandemic and was hooked every since, keep up the good work mate
Paul is one of the most poignant storyteller I’ve ever heard. I have enjoyed his episodes many of which I’ve listened to a few times. My father was a British para, although he didn’t talk much of the war just hearing Paul’s accent and reminds me of my dad. Please keep them coming, Paul. All the best your friend in Canada.
What great stories you have told Thanks keeping the history of your father and others in the War very interesting and inspiring Thanks for the 10 years and I hope many many more
I listen to many podcasts about WW2, and much enjoy them.

Well done Paul - please keep it going!
There’s literally nothing else out there quite like this podcast - it’s incredible.
WWII podcasts are ten a penny, but the detail of Paul’s work and the rich personal accounts that he uses and has access to make his podcast unmatched.
It’s a joy to hear Paul, who’s so passionate, share these materials and put such a personal, individual lens on wartime experiences. The other WWII podcasts I listen to now feel one dimensional.
Paul, you’re up there with Dan Carlin for me! Amazing, intricat... more
