So very helpful! Please do a second season!
So many great takeaways from listening to these podcasts. Jess is an amazing host… asks the questions I want answers to and summarizes content to make it clear and approachable to all. Good stuff!!
This is by far the best podcast I have found on family nutrition. I cannot wait for more episodes. Thank you for all this info. More families need this! I am so glad I stumbled across it.
The conversation provided excellent and usable information about using food as nourishment and medicine for children. It highlighted the role that certain food allergies can play in infections and poor immune systems. The talk was engaging, easy to follow and practical. Can’t wait to hear more episodes.
Jess Sherman always offers valuable insight and advice and I’m thrilled that she has started a podcast to help even more parents. As a fellow practitioner I find her insight useful both in my practice as well as with my own child.
