These systems of personal productivity are great. They cover the gamut: diet, exercise, technology and more. It has advice without being preachy; applying reason to life.
It makes me a little sad that this podcast isn’t better known. I struggled with disorder eating my whole life and this small podcast changed everything for me. Simple, effective systems and ideas that have changed my life. I hope Reinhard keeps doing these podcasts but will forever be grateful for what he has already produced. My favorites are the No S Diet, mindful bagful, and glass ceiling. They’re all simple, thought through and are effective! Thank you thank you thank you!

I would love to hear new podcast episodes more often, but am grateful that these are here for me to continue to listen to over and over again. Thank you Reinhard!
