QA：我之前沒有參與志工的經驗，加入時一開始應該都沒有認識的人，會不會很尷尬呢？會有什麼環節讓大家彼此認識嗎？
1.工作、家庭已經好忙，沒有時間參與志工課程怎麼辦？就從「找同溫層」開始吧！
2.孩子的挫折，常常也是大人挫折的來源。沒有被關照過情緒的我們，好難協助孩子搭建情緒能力。從「陪伴自己」開始陪伴孩子。
【QA時間】總是「先處理情緒」會不會讓孩子變得很依賴，不高興時總是要別人幫他處理？

有這種育兒相關的親子節目，我認為受眾會是很廣的，我聽了「疲憊的父母」那兩集，覺得有地方能夠再改善。1. 背景音樂的鋼琴聲實在太大，會讓人分心，這種談話節目不如就不加入音效呢？畢竟觀眾聽的是內容跟深度，背景真的太大聲。2.可能疫情關係是線上聊天吧，建議換一個更好的聊天系統，明顯感覺會delay。 最後真的要強調，內容絕對好的。但真的有些可以改進的地方，加油！
