聽完最新一集談到容貌焦慮，對節目很失望。容貌焦慮已影響到很多年輕人，個人認識的一位美甲師，她大學一年級已經開始每年以各種方式整容（無論是侵入式的、非侵入式的還是動手術）。她今年才25歲，但跟常常在聊天過程中，她會說到下一步打算再做面部那一部份的調整，真的很為她擔心，雖然明知道對方是有心理上的問題，但又不能說破
一開始看到這次節目的標題是關於容貌焦慮，還以為主持人會以心理學的角度跟大家分析和了解，以及減輕這方面的焦慮
相信大部分人（尤其是已結婚的女性），現實生活中的開支和照顧家庭的基本費用都已負擔很大。如果還要因為擔心外表會變老，而不是因為以改善身心健康為目標，聽了只會讓這大部份的聽眾更難過和焦慮。這個本來應該是幫助別人的節目，已背道而馳
而且，在聽完節目之後，點進本集節目內容訴說欄，才發現有來賓的醫美診所和相關連結。是否要做醫美，沒有對錯；但如果沒有一開始在標題上，或在節目一開始已經告知聽眾，這一集其實是在賣廣告，或在收廣告費。不單止誤導了聽眾，也讓人對最初建立這個Podcast平台的原因感到失望和疑惑
