節目起源於 2020 年疫情的低谷,我靠腦科學冥想與自我覺察走出憂鬱,也決定把「生活化的冥想」分享給你,在忙碌裡把呼吸找回來。冥想不是玄學,而是一種能練習的心靈肌肉。
