我會把它當做是我看見覺察陰影.我知道它在哪裡.我也允許它現在在那裡.可能是現在先放著什麼都沒做.也可能會在某些時候好好的靠近它.看看它. 或與它好好共存
我會在經歷了很多事後.發現船那頭的惡魔對我來說也不是惡魔沒那麼可怕了.而它也會在我持續前進的路上.從原先的A惡魔變成B惡魔.人本來就不是完人.不可能完全解決消滅它.只要看見就有機會了解
