當我看見別人比我好的時候,我是A,我感覺自己很糟。
所以我把自己藏起來好久，我好希望她能明白真實的我，可是已經太久了。那些感受越強烈，越害怕失去朋友。

是不是有一類的諮商師，本身對自己的要求就比較高，也比較容易在「現實的自己」和「期待中的自己」有落差時卡住，所以在想辦法理解、整理自己的過程中，慢慢對心理諮商產生興趣，最後走上了諮商師這條路。
然後當能力、專業和環境都逐漸到了一個讓自己覺得舒服的位置之後，原本比較強烈的性格特質會不會也重新跑出來？例如對自己要求很高，也容易用同樣的標準去看待別人，甚至有時候會比較難真正站在對方的角度去理解。
之前好像聽過一個 Podcast，有位諮商師很常講「我沒有說你是錯的」、「我沒有說你這樣做不好」之類的話。
這些話本身外觀上可能是為了讓來談者不要覺得自己被否定。但一般沒有覺得有分對錯的情況根本不需要強調「我沒有說你錯」吧？
路過聽到，討論很有趣！其中一位講者讓我想起了之前聽過的一位諮商師的風格。
