【一年過半，先做這三件事，把自己找回來】
今天是 2026 年 7 月 1 號，這一年已經過了一半。
每年到這個時候，我都會做一點前半年的回顧，也會換一本新的記事本。理論上，手帳是一年一本，但我大概半年就會用完一本。
