Reviews

4.8 out of 5 stars from 116 ratings
  • Great host

Martin produces a lot of content and unlike many podcasts doesn’t constantly interrupt the shows with advertisements. Tarrick Brooker is my favorite guest. Some other guests are a bit dubious. I think it would be better if DFA split into two podcasts. One for people who like those regular market updates and another for people who only want to listen to the long format discussions and interviews.

Over this time he had made two big predictions of up to 40% price corrections on the back of his data. Both have come to nothing and in fact prices have grown substantially since this time.

For the record there is no problem in making predictions based on mortgage stress, but given it clearly hasn’t resulted in any significan... more
