  • Definitely better than others I’ve tried.

The lady that makes these has a calm, trusting voice. I've listened to the first and second podcasts. They’re really good and very easy to get into and actually enjoy following the guidance.

It's like her voice and the sounds are in my body after a couple of minutes. This is great!

Would recommend anyone interested in reimagining a world, your work and your life, into something more meaningful, caring and thriving, to listen to this podcast.
