What a nice surprise! It’s hard to put into words all the reasons why I enjoy this podcast- but in a nutshell- it makes me feel good and it’s also educational. The guests are really interesting and Grace does a great job letting the guests tell their story, while tastefully adding her thoughts or asking genuine questions. Thanks to all that put this podcast together! Namaste~
I’m really grateful to have found this podcast. Grace brings to light a lot of stigmatized subjects regarding mental health which is so important to invite more people to the conversation. Doing that invites more compassion & understanding for people who really need it. I’m excited to see how this podcast grows & I will definitely keep listening!
