The first couple of episodes were decent, but by episode 3, I realized I won’t be continuing. It’s clear that the people being interviewed have little understanding of what actually drives child abuse. The suggestion that abusers just “need to become fathers” or that removing the celibacy requirement for priests would reduce abuse is both uninformed and irresponsible. I am an ex-Catholic that was disgusted by the scandal that the Roman Catholic Church underwent. It was interesting to hear the stories of victims, the processes of how the oversight was created for Priests and the changes for Bishops were also made.
