Good info but hard to listen to when the girl host says uh-huh after ever other word when the guests are speaking I lost count at 60 uh-huh’s in the first 10 minutes
Need a podcast on the cons of having a scan tool that does pre and post scans for collision repairs. Also on how important it is for a shop to own one.
Having been in this industry for 42 years, I’ve seen it come from come-along pulls on a tree to laser measuring, dedicated repair areas, computer diagnostics, and ever changing OEM repair method requirements.
With these changes we need the type of information and discussions heard in these podcasts. But the podcast should reflect the quality and precision now required in our industry.
