This podcast is the perfect marriage of comedy and wine discussions! I think Chris is an excellent host- making his guests comfortable and also has shared a lot of great (and some not so great?!) wines along the way! I’m a loyal fan, follower, and listener- you should be too! I also love that the episodes are kept to 30 mins and under- not everyone has 1 hour+ to spend listening to an episode!
You’ll enjoy this witty, effervescent host. It’s a top-shelf podcast.
Funny guests, cheap wine, lots of puns. What more can you ask for??? 🙌🏻💥🍷
Chris makes you laugh and feel really okay for not knowing anything about wine. Everyone should give this a listen to!!
This is the best kept secret on the internet. I mean, the Pod..ernet. It's basically Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, but with less successful comedians in apartments drinking cheap wine. This is a clutch subscibe.
I’ve been a fan of Chris Barlow for a long time, and this is the best version of Chris Tries to Review wine yet! Super funny & unique, just how I like my wine! 🍷
Seriously. I don’t get it. (But this is good!!)
I love the format and the humor while trying his wines... one of the best shows especially if you are wanting to hear about wine in a fresh way!!! Love it❤️
So funny. Love all the guests
He really knows his stuff! He convinced me to give Trader Joe’s Wine a chance!
So MANY of us drink wine but not many of us are wine experts. I like how it guides honest and truly informative information about wines that normal people Mingus actually get and want to drink, it tells you where they got it and what its actually like when you go to drink it. Also it’s fun to try to guess the price of the wine based on what they think of it when they are drinking it, and it’s funny + informative. I’m a fan.
Chris is the best! He is the go-to for quick, easy, fun wine recs that might not even be real!
I remember this in its early stages as a vlog. It has expanded to what it always wanted to be. A great listen and an addicting voice to my hears this has easily been my favorite find of the year
As a fan of wine, podcasts, and listening to podcasts while drinking wine, the only thing missing in my life was a podcast about wine. Luckily, I heard about Chris Tries to Review Wine, and that sly trickster Chris Barlow not only entertained me, but also educated me about all kinds of fun facts I never knew about wine. I recommend pairing this podcast with your finest vintage, and listening on full volume.
Everything he’s putting out is both smart and goofy, gotta catch ‘em all!
