I truly truly TRULY recommend this podcast! It covers a wide range of issues, topics and discussions that really get you thinking! I have listened to every single episode, they have made me cry, laugh, shout AMEN, nod my head a thousands time and always come away learning something new. Definitely worth subscribing - you won’t regret it!
I’ve never really been a fan of podcasts. A lot of them made me feel like I was just listening to people who liked hearing themselves talk. Not Choi Says though. There’s a lot of vulnerability and truth to these stories that are very relatable. Kudos!
Listen to this when you need a reminder that you're not alone <3
I loved the title, and the content lived up to its cover! Chris is an engaging and personal host, her show is an interesting and intimate work. Keep it up!
Thank you for opening up about your depression and therapy. Takes a lot of courage to do that. Good job on completing level 2 of improv. Great podcast you have here. Keep up the good work.
This was a good listen. I enjoyed listening to the host’s personal journey and struggles. Her take on needing positive reinforcement from upper management as encouragement is so relatable, and I love how she pushes through to blow past her performance obstacles.
You're doing a great job with this show! The audio quality could improve a bit, but I love that the way you open up and talk about all these things. I listened to the two most recent episodes and the one that was solo was good but a little slow (most solo shows are really, that's nothing against you) but the one with the guest was really fun. Overall though I think its great what you're doing. Keep it up!
I love the authenticity and inspiring mix of topics on this show. I just finished The Need for Validation and can totally relate. It's funny how things that seem so small when you look back can have such a huge impact on someone's self confidence. I look forward to what else Chrstine has to say!
There are some really deep revelations in this podcast. If people are suffering from performance anxiety there is some interesting exploration in Ep. 7 especially.
I very much enjoyed taking a peak into someone’s life and see how they process and overcome different hardships that life through their way. I also enjoyed the games the host and guest play together, keeps things interesting and moving along.
“Choi” really digs deep in her solo episodes and gets her guests to do the same when she invites them on the show. Her guest episodes are really well structured with lots of fun segments. I also really love the play on words - choices... Choi says 😂
I really appreciate how Christine is super vulnerable and willing to share her personal life on her podcast (esp about the story of her band teacher and qutting band). She's very energetic and the topics relatable to anyone.
Christine is taking us all on the journey as she pursues her acting dreams and just generally trying to be a better person. Looking forward to hearing how Choi progresses in therapy and in her goals! Cheering you on from the sidelines!
Episode 4 should be required listening for every 17 year old who has just got their driving license and for that alone this gets 5 stars. I am used to being really open about my foibles but kudos to Nicole for her gut wrenching honesty. Am going to have to nick (pardon the pun!) the clock metaphor. Thank you Choi!
I love the openness in your podcast. You’re not afraid to open up about the good and bad of your childhood. Extremely relatable and entertaining.
