Cutie and Erik are so entertaining to listen to and I love that they talk about the things that I struggle with and experience daily. I love this podcast!
As someone with ADHD, it’s hard to put into words what feels so normal. The hosts are able to creatively describe their experiences, thoughts and feelings in a way that helps me feel understood, sometimes too understood.
Love this podcast, Catie and Erik are great at explaining the experience of ADHD in ways that people who dont have it can start to get it. It has been so helpful to help my partner understand the cosmic storm of my brain xD. Thank you guys!!!!
opened this page and just completely forgot the lovely things I was gonna say, but here’s what I’ll say instead:

A warm, candid show centered on ADHD, neurodivergence, and navigating life with a neurodivergent brain in a largely neurotypical world. Hosts Catie Osborn and Erik Gude blend personal stories, science-backed insights, and humor to demystify executive dysfunction, mental health, and relationships, while weaving in LGBTQ+ perspectives, gaming, and creative projects. Episodes often mix practical tips, cultural commentary, and light banter, with occasional deep dives into topics like self-harm, burnout, medication experiences, and supporting loved ones who are neurodivergent. The format feels accessible and authentic, frequently inviting honesty over polish and highlighting community, validation, and practical strategies for everyday life. A no... more
