    As someone with ADHD, it’s hard to put into words what feels so normal. The hosts are able to creatively describe their experiences, thoughts and feelings in a way that helps me feel understood, sometimes too understood.

  • Great podcast…a suggestion…

    Would love if y’all delved into Adhd and the world of meds (stimulants and otherwise). Would be good if you brought in a guest too because it would nice to hear a few different experiences. I find that in social media, people will talk about how adhd affects their lives and day to day activities, but it’s never clear if they are operating w/ or w/o medication. For example, “superpower” of hyperfocus. Yes I hyperfocus for sure… but it’s more of a thing I do on my stimulant. If i haven’t tak... more
