  • Genuinely Get It

As someone with ADHD, it’s hard to put into words what feels so normal. The hosts are able to creatively describe their experiences, thoughts and feelings in a way that helps me feel understood, sometimes too understood.

  • Relatable!

It is so great to finally find a podcast that talks about all the things around ADHD, depression, neurodivergence, trauma, etc in a way that relates to my experiences, that doesn’t talk AT me, and is just real about the highs and the lows on top of being generally educational on these topics. more
