This show is one of my favorite podcasts, and was the first ADHD focused podcast I had listened to. I felt so much commonality with Cate’s stories, and how she navigates her ADHD. I’m in the process of getting an official diagnosis, and perhaps medication to help me manage my symptoms, and I just wanted to say thank you for helping me get there.

  • Life altering content

Cate’s ADHD content never fails to validate so many of my lived experiences. I’ve been sending episodes to my husband because they do such a great job explaining how I walk through the world.

I love this show and these interviews. I often wish they were longer but I’m glad they’re kept to about a half hour, making them easy to listen to in short bursts.

On the recent episode with Dr. Lotta Borg she mentions a period tracker app that she and her team have developed.

  • A must listen!

Love this podcast! Cate is a great interviewer and the guests are fabulous. The episode length at around 30 minutes is great as it’s just long enough to really get into detail about the subject matter but short enough that I can listen while doing daily tasks.
