Durante este ejercicio vamos a pensar sobre nuestros propios pensamientos, aprender a reconocerlos y ayudarnos a no generar reacciones emocionales fuertes ante ellos.
Durante este ejercicio nos brindaremos unas cortas palabras amorosas a nosotros mismos con la finalidad propiciar la amabilidad, la cual a su vez puede ser proyectada a otros.
Esta es una meditación corta enfocada en brindar sensaciones positivas a nuestro cuerpo y nuestro ser a través de la compasión, apoyados en unas cortas frases que sirven como conector con nuestra intención de estar mejor.
Este es un ejercicio de concentración y respiración, puede relajar y prolongar los momentos de concentración y reducir un poco el divagar de la mente.
A continuación realizaremos un ejercicio de tipo Body Scan para inducir estados de relajación física a través del fortalecimiento de la atención.
Esta práctica hará que nos enfoquemos en la audición, la reflexión final es retirar juicios aceptando los ruidos e interrupciones en nuestras prácticas.
Durante este ejercicio nos vamos a enfocar en la sensación física, buscaremos conectarnos con nuestro entorno inmediato en el momento presente.
