We have always spoken about her (birth mom) with the upmost respect. Our daughter was a healthy new born. And that, ... more

  • Helpful for the adoptee, too

Listening to these stories has been extremely beneficial in helping to understand the situations that women, my mother one of them, found themselves in and what led to their babies being adopted. Learning from these stories has helped me process my own adoption. It has helped me ask better questions when talking with my mother. Thank you to all of the mothers who are telling their stories. You are helping us, too.
