Hunter and I had a great discussion today, particularly about the political issues needed to motivate the public to demand change in mental healthcare. We both agreed this is not a left or right issue, but it is a political issue where in the public needs to become in enraged about poor mental healthcare and demand their politicians do something. Has Medicine Lost its Mind tells exactly how to proceed.
Great Podcast! The host is too cool for school.
I am amazed at the quality of the interviews on the podcasts. People are honest and transparent about their lives with bipolar. It gives you insight into what people go through dealing with this illness. And inspires hearing how others have been victorious in being productive in spite of their symptoms.
I always come away encouraged having heard the heartfelt stories and relating.
