In this podcast, Carly covers everything to do with joining the military or AFP. From fitness to food to mindset, you will always take something from each episode you listen to. Carly has interviewed such a wide range of people, you are sure to be able to relate to many of them. I also love how she includes her own pieces of wisdom and advice. Can’t recommend this podcast enough!
I started training online with TBG one week ago. I have already seen how far I have to go to be ready for kapooka and highly recommend joining TBG online to make sure you are prepared.
