I love this podcast, firstly because of Michelle’s calming energy, and mostly because of how she brings in multiple healing modalities from her herbs and teas to her Tai Chi to understanding how our feet impact how we feel throughout our body. I learn something new with every episode and love the simple action steps Michelle often provides that we can incorporate into our own lives, AND her teas are delicious, with beautifully infused healing energies.
I love Dr Michelle Greenwell’s approach to her show its welcoming and like sitting around a campfire sipping tea! Its a beautiful mix of all her gifts bundled into one show! Her conversations are enlightening and I learn something every episode! I often recommend this show to my podcasts clients as a show that is put together with thought intention and genius!
Listen in to these enlightening conversations with Michele and her guests. They are welcoming, fun and thought provoking and it reminds me of sitting around the kitchen table in past years, sipping a cup of tea, feeling connected and deeply at home.
