Great production, conversation flow, etc. Hearing other mentally ill podcasters functioning fully in the real world is inspiring and hopefully insightful to others. A little more emphasis on sleep, diet, and exercise would be cool — not just meds and therapy.
Adam and Brad freaking nail so much about mental health. They’re engaging, fun, AND funny. Honestly, if you listen to podcasts, you’d be missing out if you didn’t pick this one up. 10/10.
