  • Sounds mental to me!

Great production, conversation flow, etc. Hearing other mentally ill podcasters functioning fully in the real world is inspiring and hopefully insightful to others. A little more emphasis on sleep, diet, and exercise would be cool — not just meds and therapy.

  • Funny, cathartic and informative

As a topic, I think Mental Health must be one of the most difficult topics to cover. Adam and Brad, who are both diagnosed as Bi-Polar are open and honest with their experiences but maintain a kind of sense of humor that provides a sense of sitting down with some friends and discussing candidly issues they and many people face daily. I find their repartee familial while their message is one of understanding, compassion and providing real life examples that demystifies a topic that is commonly no... more
