This is so informative and eye-opening. Reservoir does great work and has really brought a lot of awareness and information on mental health related issues in India. Shreya keeps you engaged and paying attention throughout and it really helps your own understanding of mental health issues, yours and others. There's funny anecdotes, and a lot of positivity. Also Shreya sounds amazing, like a ray of sunshine in people's lives.
