It’s so rich with life changing insight!
Love the way Cachet shines a light on how much we take as fact and truth and how those beliefs are often causing us so much harm in our lives. Bravo!
Such an amazing podcast!!!
Cachet is a visionary and definitely a amazing woman and Go-getter! Her wisdom and expertise shines through.
Thank you for filling this void. These first episodes were on point and so necessary. We often forget to reflect on the toxic in our hearts and mind that needs to be uprooted and let go of so that we can reach our full potential! I can’t wait to see what else is in store for us!
Cachet has such a great wonderful voice to listen to, she is a wealth of knowledge and she does a fantastic job of explaining the concept of unlearning! Such a valuable show!
Unlearning is such an important part of living the life that we’ve always wanted. Bad habits and ideas can hold us back but this podcast is a good reminder that we have to constantly evaluate what serves us and what doesn’t. A great self help podcast!
This podcast brings so much important information to the forefront in a very accessible and intentional way! So excited to tune into future episodes!
So excited for this podcast, and after listening to the first episode, I cannot wait for more “Aha” moments regarding self care and emotional well being. The black community is notorious for pushing things out of sight while it plagued our minds and hearts - so i’m ready to unlearn those behaviors. Can’t wait to tune in!
